Terms of Service

DidItArrive is operated by Tasty Waves LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Tasty Waves LLC and govern your use of the service.

1. The service

DidItArrive monitors locations you connect - folders, buckets, tables, inboxes and URLs - and issues an alert when an expected arrival does not occur, and a further alert when it subsequently does. The service reads listings and metadata rather than file contents, and its access is limited to what you grant it.

2. Your account

An account is required to use the service, and you are responsible for all activity under it. Sign-in credentials must not be shared; colleagues should be given their own access through the People screen. You must be authorised to connect any system you connect to the service.

3. Data and credentials

Credentials you provide are written once into an encrypted vault, cannot be read back by any person - including our own staff - and are destroyed when the associated connection is deleted. The service’s visibility into each source is set out on the Trust page. Your monitoring data remains yours; we use it solely to operate the service and do not sell it.

4. Acceptable use

You may only monitor systems you own or are authorised to monitor. The service must not be used to probe, overload or attempt to gain access to systems that are not yours, and may not be resold without a written agreement with us. We may suspend an account in breach of this section.

5. Plans and billing

The free plan is free indefinitely and requires no payment details. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. On downgrade, monitors above the new plan’s limits are paused rather than deleted; nothing is removed without your instruction.

6. Service levels and liability

Checks run continuously, our own sweep is monitored by an independent service, and a public status page reports availability. No monitoring service can guarantee that every failure will be caught. The service is provided as-is, and our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time; stored connections and their credentials are destroyed on closure. We may terminate the agreement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately on a material breach of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We will give at least 14 days’ notice by email of any material change to these terms. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
